Housing models under design
Shared Equity
A buyer and a community partner would share the price. How resale would work belongs in each home's agreement. CUHS plans to support this model; it is not offered yet.
Co-Operative Housing
In this model, residents would manage a building together. CUHS is not offering a co-op yet.
Community Land Trust
In this model, a trust would hold the land and a buyer would hold the home. CUHS is not offering a land trust yet.
